Crazies/bums/beggars riding the subway and indiscriminately harassing people is commonplace and almost expected. Punk teenagers who think they're Raging Against The Machine for their friends by saying obnoxious stuff to people in uniform is also minor. However, young adults or adults of sound mind doing this is inexcusable and those people are clearly 1) very deluded and 2) need to get a life. What kind of individuals are we talking about here?
