Doha to Sydney Flights Promise Great Economy Impact. Sydney has become the first destination of Qatar Airways in Australia to be served by the super jumbo jet Airbus A380-800 aircraft. It is just six months after joining the global network of the company.

After the opening of the route with Boeing 777-300 on March 1, 2016, Qatar Airways has experienced steady growth in demand for its service on the route. The A380's 517 seats increases the current daily capacity of Qatar Airways by 44 percent this route to meet growing demand for travel and trade.

We are happy to answer the same way, with the introduction of service A380 to Sydney, offering 517 seats per flight.

The capacity of 517 seats spans the twin covered in a class setting three of the eight seats in first class, 48 seats in Business Class and 461 in Economy Class and has world class facilities and first class services that distinguish it from other aircraft.

According to statistics the flight service between Doha-Sydney generates an estimated 3,000 jobs and contributes more than USD 240 million to the economy per year. Plus it gives passengers more options and connectivity. Sydney Airport estimates that Qatar Airways A380 deliver an incremental USD 78 million in tourist spending annually receptor Australia. Supporting the goal of the federal government to double spending of overnight visitors by 2020.
