British budget airline EasyJet has announced plans to add 450 new pilots.

The airline said it is looking to recruit 400 cadets pilots and co-pilots and 50 captains experienced.

EasyJet said the new cadets who perform training may also have the opportunity to apply all or part of their training credit - between £ 30,000 and £ 100,000 - to be borne by the airline, with an offer similar subscription to be made in the training of experienced pilots to increase their type rating.
The airline also hope to attract more women in the industry, with women now represents only six percent.

EasyJet is a British low cost airline based at London Luton Airport. It operates domestic and international scheduled services on over 700 routes in 32 countries. The carrier employs about 11,000 people, based throughout Europe, but especially in the UK.
